I stayed in the attic room with no elevator, which made it challenging to navigate with luggage due to the steep and small steps. However, the room had a lovely old-fashioned charm, especially with the fantastic decoration on the roof. It was situated above a lively courtyard bar that could be noisy on Friday nights but was clean overall.

The room was old-fashioned but nice, with a separate bedroom and a fantastic decoration on the roof. It was clean despite being situated above a noisy bar.

7.4/10

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to all the attractions and offering clean, spacious warm rooms with a great shower and a good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful overall, although the woman overseeing breakfast could be more accommodating. The dining experience was varied and satisfying, offering a range of options, including organic pulled pork.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were set on 2 floors, featuring a couple's bed arrangement. Upon entry, there was a toilet with stairs leading up to the beds. Although designated for 2 people, only 1 large bath towel and 1 hand towel were provided, which was insufficient for a couple.
Service
6.0
The service was quite helpful, with the staff providing a name card with the hotel address and pointing out the location on a tourist map to ensure easy navigation back to the hotel. However, it was noted that the service was okay and not particularly friendly, except for the woman overseeing breakfast.
Location

I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were really nice, even better than expected, and at an amazing price in a great location. However, as a tall person at 1m92, the layout was a bit inconvenient. Although the rooms lacked essentials like an iron and a kettle, the high steps on the stairs to the beds made it tough to move around at night, disrupting my sleep.

The rooms were nice, even better than expected, with an amazing price and great location. However, the layout was inconvenient for a tall person like me.
Service
9.0
The service was incredibly friendly and quite helpful. The reception staff were accommodating and even provided an extra bed for our child at no extra charge. They offered lots of useful information during our stay.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect, offering easy access to Charles Bridge and the Old City Center. It was in the historic center, yet calm and not noisy. The hotel was within walking distance to most of Prague, including major attractions like the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Hall.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were limited and not very varied, especially for Nordic standards. The breakfast timings were somewhat late, starting at 08:00. However, they did have a make-your-own pancake machine available.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel lacked essential items like an iron and a kettle in the rooms. The stairs to the beds were quite high, making it inconvenient, especially if you need to go downstairs during the night. These aspects impacted my comfort and sleep quality.

7.6/10

Staying at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is superb, just a stone's throw from the Old Town and the Charles Bridge, making it easy to explore the city on foot. However, the attic rooms, while cozy, posed a challenge with sloping ceilings and the lack of cooling systems, and the steep stairs to reach them were quite a workout, especially with luggage.

Rooms
7.0
The attic rooms were pretty comfy, but the sloping ceilings meant needing to be careful not to bump my head too often. Standing only in the middle could be a bit tricky. There was no cooling system or enough fans, but despite these issues, I had a decent stay.
Service
9.0
The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were polite and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Charles Bridge and the main square. It's tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance of most of Prague's major attractions.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was passable, with some room for improvement. The breakfast options were limited in both variety and quantity, which was a bit underwhelming. It would have been nice to see more choices available during the morning hours.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were basic but functional. Nothing out of the ordinary, but they served their purpose adequately.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. The 2nd-floor room was really nice, even better than expected, with an amazing price and a great location. Having access to the balcony overlooking the center court seating area for evening dining was a wonderful touch.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms exceeded my expectations and were very comfortable.
Service
7.0
The service was generally good, except for the issue with unlocking the bathroom in the restaurant during breakfast. However, the woman overseeing breakfast was very rude and made some uncalled comments about which I wasn't very happy. On the positive side, housekeeping was excellent and the tours/ticket assistance provided was helpful.
Location
9.0
The location was superb, just a few blocks from the Charles Bridge in one direction and from the Clock and Old Town in the other. It was within walking distance of almost all attractions, and despite being in the city center, the area was pleasantly quiet with light tourist traffic.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was average. The breakfast hours were limited, and the options were not very varied. With a bit more choice, it could have been better.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities were great, and the homemade pasta served was a standout feature.
